Pronouns she/her

From a young age, I was a naturally curious child, always eager to explore the world around me. My curiosity often led me to ask the most challenging questions, driven by a desire to understand life’s complexities. This curiosity evolved into a journey to understand my feelings and those of others. For the past 15 years as a therapist, I have encouraged my clients to explore emotions with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we seek to understand feelings, behaviors, and beliefs and identify coping tools for personal growth and self-discovery.

I identify as a Latina, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) anxiety therapist. I hold many identities including being an immigrant and a parent. My passion lies in supporting those who are experiencing generalized anxiety, life transitions, upsetting memories from the past, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, and prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression.

I provide online therapy and use evidence-based practices including EMDR therapy, which is a treatment modality that helps resolve upsetting memories from the past, work on stuck beliefs, and reduce anxious symptoms. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to schedule an initial 20 minute phone consultation.
